<p>Classes will resume on Wednesday, September 1.  This fall there will be a restorative/gentle yoga class on Wednesdays at 4:30.  This class is designed to de-stress the body and let natural health and healing flow through the supported postures.  Regular Kripalu Yoga Flow classes will be on Wednesday evenings at 6:45 and on Thursday mornings at 9:30.  Private classes and individual Reiki sessions are also available by appointment.  I am looking forward to seeing you soon!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Summer is on its way and many of our yoga students are engaged in the yoga of life.  Class size always decreases in the summer, so like last year, we will begin our summer class schedule on Wednesday,  June 2nd.  There will be an evening class at 6:45 pm and a class on Thursday morning at 9:30 am.  Please come and enjoy Kripalu flow yoga classes in our air-conditioned studio.  College students who are home for the summer as well as high school students receive a student discount of 50%.  Beginners are always welcome.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Students have requested the seed sounds for the Chakra balancing we have done in the Kripalu Yoga Flow class.  The first Chakra seed sound is Lam.  The second: Vwam.  The third:  Ram.  The fourth:  Yam.  The Fifth:  Ham.  Om is the seed sound for the crown Chakra.  We have also been practicing the Five Tibetans.  [...]]]></description>
